We know, we know. Some of you are tea hoarders. You have 6,000 different tea flavors and brands. You have tea that's been in your cupboard since the Bush administration. We know you like options but, PLEASEFORTHELOVEOFGOD, throw out anything more than two years old. Feed it to your compost pile. Seriously, ugh. Tea is best when it's fresh and if you're keeping tea that long it means you're:
- buying more tea than you're drinking
- not drinking enough tea, and/or
- not drinking it 'cause it's old and dusty and gross
So, for those of you can not commit to consuming 4 ounces of a single blend in a reasonable period of time, we are now offering all of our teas in a petite 1.5-ounce bag! (Hooray!) This is roughly 18-22 servings.
And remember, unlike those sad little dusty tea bags that are so weak after the first steeping, Finch & Fern organic loose leaf teas can be brewed twice and still be flavor-packed with both steepings. (If you're super frugalicious you might even squeeze out three steepings.)
